Hello,
My LG TV has started having bright spots. All the bright spots are of same size and initially there were 3 such spots, a few days later there were 6 and they are more than 9. They are in a rectangular grid shape. Like a two dimensional array.

I am still able to view the picture but these spots too big to spoil the viewing experience.
Has anybody seen this kind of stuff. If yes.. any suggestions on what part could have gone wrong
