Pc Spec :
Mobo : Msi 970 gaming
Cpu : Fx 6300 (No Overclock)
Cpu Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212x single fan
Gpu : XFX RX480 GTR Black Edition 8 GB
Ram: Adata 8 GB DDR3 1600 BUS Single Stick
Powersupply: Thermaltake Smart SE 730W
HDD: Seagate 1 TB
OS : Windows 10 64bit
UPS : Power guard 1200va

The problem is when I leave my pc at night to download stuff and in the morning I see it's on login screen. And also it just restart when I'm doing normal stuff on my pc like browsing or access my files from My computer. A few hours ago it was restating while I'm playing csgo it just restart my pc on map loads no warning no bsod just force restart. However I was about to solve this csgo problem by uninstalling the gpu driver by using DDU and installing new amd gpu driver.
But this doesn't solve the restating problem. I'm running my cpu at 4.4ghz voltage 1.384.
In game cpu temp 49-56 degree gpu temp around 60-66 degree. Pc doesn't restart when I'm doing stress test.

Some solution I've tried :
Clearing cmos by removing mobo battery and running cpu at stock(no oc)
Clean windows install (twice)
Removing every components from my pc and assemble them again,
Clearing cpu thermal paste and reapplying them again. (Did this twice aswell)

Only option available is to buy a new psu. As my friends or relatives doesn't have a good psu that I can borrow :(.
And don't even have budget to buy a new one. I've Invest all the money on this psu and gpu.

Thanks for the reply.
I'll sent it for rma.
Btw do you think this problem can related to my gpu as well?
The thing is I've bought both psu and gpu together from outside my country.
And if the problem is causing because of gpu as well then it'll be not possible for me to sent them one by one.

Bought from dubai.

Edit :

Okay guys the problem is solved. And yes the problem is with the psu(+12v problem) as parani said. And I've contacted with Themaltake and they were absolutely kind enough to send me a replacement directly to my home.
