Hey, i have just come into a big problem with my computer. I recently updated my BIOS and once i did that, i restarted my PC and i get the BSOD when i try to get onto my windows desktop. It will come up with the windows login screen for 1 second and then a blue screen comes up: http://prntscr.com/gjeatz

Some of the text is off the screen but i still can't make sense of what i can read. I looked up the problem i was having and other posts suggested re-setting the CMOS, which i have done and it had no effect. Another said to change the SATA configuration as it may of been defaulted to a configuration that won't work. It said to change it from IDE to ACHI or the otherway around but when i found this it was already set to ACHI and no option to change to IDE.

I do not have any recovery media or restore points. I am guessing that to fix my problem i would have to somehow revert back to the previous BIOS version but i have no clue how i would do this as i don't know the previous BIOS version.

My Computer Specs:

Mobo - G1.Sniper B7
Graphics Card - Sapphire RX 580 Nitro+ 8GB
CPU - Intel i5 6500
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB 2400MHz DDR4
SSD (Windows Installed) - Integral V Series 120GB
Hard Drive - Western Digital 1TB 7200rpm
OS - Windows 7
PSU - Corsair CX 500W

Other: My CPU also has a Cooler Master Seidon 120V ver.2 cooler, Some random optical drive.

I would really appreciate any suggestions on how my problem could be solved, as i don't really want to pay to have it fixed and would like to know myself so i can fix it, if it was to happen again... I can access the BIOS menu and boot into Safe Mode if that helps. I will also take any pictures of BIOS settings etc if that will help as well.

I do not think so. I do not have the product key. I doubt Microsoft would give me a replacement key either as i was not the one who purchased the copy of windows.

On my BIOS screen i changed what says "Other PCI devices" to "Legacy" (Was on UEFI) and tried that but the same problem happened. I also tried changing what says "Storage Boot Option Control" to "UEFI" (Was on Legacy) and that did not work either. I was not 100% sure that is what you wanted me to do.If you want i could give you an image of my BIOS screen.

Okay, i will try to do that. If i couldn't tho , would buying a new copy of windows and installing that have the same effect as re-installing? Or should i save the money on a new copy windows and take it to a PC repair shop? Sorry, asking a lot.
Thanks for your time and help.

Okay, so i got a Windows ISO file on my USB but i can not boot from the USB. I saw someone say that i would need to be able to access the CSM support option but i can't do that. Any ideas what to do?
