I just completed building my pc and when i hooked it up to a monitor and turned it on nothing would display the cpu cooler fans and also gpu fan were spinning. My keyboard and mouse when connected to the motherboard lights up. I then checked out the mobo and found that the on the ez debug leds the boot light was a solid red light and the gpu had a solid red light also.
