Weird noise and high temps

My computer makes this sound when im playing games. Its like revving up an engine but not continous. It's like rev, stop,rev,stop over and over. How do i fix this? My cpu is also 50c idle and 72c under 100% load with no overclocking. I know thats high but i don't understand why because i have a corsair h100i v2 cooler.

I7-6700k
Asus z170 deluxe
Evga 1070 gtx sc
Corsair vengence 4x8gb 3200mhz
1000 gold evga psu

You will need to start by taking the side of your case and see if you can pinpoint where the sound comes from. It's possible that it is just a faulty fan in which case you should be able to see all the fans are spinning like they should. If it is not a fan problem then you need to listen to what makes that sound.
