i would like to keep the psu under $50 but it can go up to $65. My total pc build i want to be at 350 dollars or less thanks so much

I also know that all my parts are decent but are they compatible with each other?

Yeah they should work fine but lose the RAM (it's server grade RAM and you're running a desktop) and that PSU - there's definitely better you can get.
