Hey guys, I have very little experience with over/under clocking cpu's. How would I go about getting my 9590 to something lower (say 4.4 or 4.5)? I'm trying to lower the overall heat output because under full load it gets very hot ~75+C. My board is the asus saber tooth 990fx r2.0. I've tried using the guide on here but to me it's almost gibberish and doesn't really make sense :/
