Hello! I bought pc one month ago. Playing CS:GO on it. But i felt like I'm not getting the performance I should get from pc like this. Reason for that is that i checked some twitch streamers and they STREAM on same fps with same pcs or even worse ones. So I checked how i can boost performance and found that i can turn on XMP at bios for improving RAM usage. So i turned on XMP(3000Mhz) and saved bios and restarted pc. PC started and bios or windows was not booting. only sound of PC and black screen, so i waited and nothing happened. So i turned of pc by holding power botton, still nothing. did it for like 3 times and then it finally booted windows, and only thing i got was blue screen. after that i could go to bios and put it back to 2133Mhz. Now everything works but from time to time i get little stutters on windows and everything seems to load longer ,before it was instant. And at cs go i get lower fps and after 20min of playing my fps drops to 100-200. and alot of fps drops. I hope i didn't damage anything pernamently, since i checked alot of topics on some forums and it seemed to be safe to turn on XMP, since even on my ram its written that its 3000mhz compatible.(Crucial Ballistix 2x8gb). I did some screens of CPU z and some tests on others softwares. Maybe someone can help me out with this, and maybe there is some solution to this :( https://imgur.com/a/Y4obu

Solution
Yes, it wasn't just in my mind, pc was lagging. But i saw on cpu z that i had overclocked it back to 2133Mhz, now i put it on auto and everything seems to be good. But still, feel like i should get better performance with pc specs i have. I mean, check pictures, you will see my pc specs, and there is test picture which shows that my GPU and RAM is not running that good, wonder why. sfc /scannow didn't find any problems...
I doubt you damaged anything.
Run a sfc /scannow, chkdsk, and take a look at eventvwr (applications and system), to verify that windows is okay.

Are you sure that it's running slower? Do you have benchmarks from before and after that show the difference? If not, it's probably just you being worried that you damaged something and scrutinizing every second of computer operation.
