The title says it all. This is my build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xXJBCy any ways to make it cheaper, but not cut too much on overall power? This is my first ever pc that I am building so cut me a little bit of slack if there are some flaws. I am only looking to game in 1080p on at least high setting, could I get a cheaper video card and do that or should I keep this one so that I do not have to upgrade for a while? I would like to game on higher setting later but is this good for now? Is the monitor ok?

get the R5 1400 version (or if u have more money, the R5 1600 instead) and get a 240 GB SSD instead
other than that, seems solid enough

btw, i noticed that u don't pick any HDD on your build, u already have one from your previous build?
coz 240/250 ain't gonna be enough for games nowdays

You can run a 120/128Gb ssd with no issues, you just have to be vigilant with what goes where, keep game files/steam files on hdd, but install steam on OS drive. Space management is key. So not really an issue there.
The 1500x does considerably better than the 1400, regardless of OC speeds, it takes a decent OC on the 1400 just to get to 1500x levels and doesn't get much higher. The 1600 would be the better buy, unless budget prohibits.

Overall, nice but the only change I'd make is switch to 3200GHz ram, rather than the 2400. Shouldn't be a problem with that Patriot elite, it uses Samsung B-die, but it's a cheap @20% performance boost to ability difference between 2400 and 3200

Do EVERY Patriot Viper uses Samsung B?

I know the elite do, not sure on other series, they can vary. G-skill Trident-Z use Sammy's, as do CL14 RipJaws V, but CL16 RipJaws V and IV use SkHynix, as does Corsair LPX. So it's possible the regular Viper series does, but it's also possible they use Micron, as Patriot is fond of that OEM too.

I really apreciate if I could know whether PVE432G266C5KRD is a Samsung B-die or not, since I am looking foward to buy it and I wanted to overclock to 3200 at C14

This is what I would suggest for your build. While the RAM has been halved, it is much faster (vital for good operation of Ryzen), and the smaller amount shouldn't make much, if any, difference to gaming. The case is far better, there are more cores, the SSD is better and larger, and almost nothing else has been changed. It is $20 more expensive, but the larger SSD and better CPU more than make up for that, and it is as a result far better value.

That Patriot Elite does use Sammy's, but it's 2666. Given price points and ram ability to OC, trying to get 2666 might not be all that possible, you might just end up with a best OC of 2933. You be far better off with a 3200 kit that's tested to be able to reach 3200,because that's its tested rating.

But since they´re the very same die used in 3200 cas 14 kits (G.skill ones), why they shouldn ´t be able to run stable at those settings?

Because ram is binned, it's not identical. Just because it's Samsung doesn't mean much h of anything, just the best compatability with Ryzen. And ram isn't the only thing on the stick, you also have the controller IC, and different companies have different controllers. Patriot likes to run slightly more relaxed timings, so on g-skill RipJaws 2666 you might see cas12, on Patriot it's Cas 14.

The performance difference is negligible, not something that would ever affect a user's games to any noticeable degree. The only way there's any notice of any difference is the sticker on the side says it has lower timings.
