Any of those memories would be fine. Even the 2666MHz has a lower voltage and timings that could be overclocked to match the 3000MHz. But I would recommend a Z270 motherboard to accommodate both your K-series CPU AND the faster RAM. The B250 chipset motherboards can only run memory at 2400MHz (might be exceptions), but the standard Intel board for faster memory has a Z270 chipset.
