What kind of games you want to play? like AAA titles or eSports.
Can you provide your budget and currency? this will be helpful.
honestly R3 1200 and Rx 460 wont help much in gaming and editing except eSport games and Schoolwork.
I'll recommend more powerful and dynamic CPU, like Ryzen 5

My budget is $400 because I already have the gpu, case, hdd and ssd, so i only need the other components for under $400
Do you think I should take away 8gb of ram and use that $70 for a better cpu.
I play games like csgo, rust, pubg. I want to get more than 60 fps on these titles on at least medium settings.
I'm also gonna be recording for youtube but I will only be using the computer like 2 or 3 times a week.
