Hi, PC gurus. I have been using the CPU cooler for 1.5 years and I have been gaming on my rig on 4K without much issue about the CPU cooler. The liquid temperature tends to be below 45 deg Celsius even in hot weather.

Lately, the temperature goes up way too high that I have to crank down the setting to 1440p or 1080p but still the temperature could rise as high as 45 deg in an air-conditioned room (idle temp is above 35 deg). It could reach 50 deg without the air conditioner on.

I realized that only one of the two tubings is hot. Is it normal? Coult it be that the tubings are blocked/constricted? I didn't really thinker the cooler in the past 1.5 years except that I cleaned the case a few months ago. At times, the temp would be lower without any reason that I could think of.

Solution
If your CPU temp is under 70C and not thermally throttling under load, it is probably fine....

(In an ideal world, the hose containing fluid coming from the pump would be a tad warmer than that coming from the radiator...)

If one hose gets hot, the other stays cold, and the CPU hits 100C, I'd say your pump is dead...
