What PSU should I use?

I think my build requires only a 550W PSU, but of the units I've looked at, none seem to have the connectors required. My build includes a GTX 1080 requiring 1x6 and 1x8 PCI-E connectors, which none of the 550W PSUs seem to have.

Sorry, I meant from the best PSU listings on this site from the last few years. other than PCIE connectors, is there anything I need to ensure my PSU has?

That's not the same PSU. In fact the higher models (*750w+ of the B3) use a different platform to the lower models (450 - 650w).

The 550w b3 performs alright, infact above the CX550M, however has faulty OPP (very bad). I do not advise the lower wattage models because of this.

A better option would be the Corsair CX550M for budget. Otherwise look for the EVGA G2/Corsair RMx/ Seasonic Focus/ EVGA G3/ Bitfenix whisper.
