The Power Supply is proprietary to the case as would the power connections etc.

Here is a 400w PSU that will fit AND work.

You will also need a LOW PROFILE graphics card that doesn't take a power connector so it will work in that case etc.

GTX 1050 LOW Profile: (Any less than a GTX 1050 would be a waste as the Integrated graphics would be the same performance.)

the only one with an easily available replacement PSU, is the first one on the left, the mini tower. all the smaller units have non-standard PSU's and are harder to find, usually replacements are the same exact model.

this is an example of the unit that will fit. not an endorsement, example only shop around.

the unique size and form factor of the motherboard means that it cannot fit into a standard case. swapping to a standard case and power supply are not easily done with that motherboard.

Seems a lot of people seem to be buying those Referb Dells in general. Was looking at them once the threads started.

They are OK as long as they buy the right one, but then it seems they aren't because the good ones (Gaming model) are a lot more expensive. They are buying the cheap ones thinking they are getting something for nothing and it's a very large mistake, you get what you pay for.

But even on the gaming model the PSU needs to be upgraded, but at least they ARE upgradeable and the case is big enough. Pretty much just a PSU and graphics card for the most part.

The others..... Well..... Good luck, basically office machines at best is all they really are. And the reason why they are so cheap.

Trying to do something with one of those one could build a new machine from scratch for the same or less money with newer parts.

Unless you get one for FREE..

YT strikes again..... LOL

Let us know how it works, you will have to switch the plates on the graphics card to the short one, it comes with both.
