Why i'm having that much GPU clock / Mem Clock without any application that require GPU open ... That's affect too much the temperature ...

Solution
You have 'high performance mode' turned on in nvidia control panel. Change it to 'optimal power' and restart the pc if you want clocks to drop at idle.

Hello , and thank you for reply . I was always in High Performance , and was dropping the Clock/Mem when I was not using anything . Now I understand where the problem came from , but my question are : If I turn it in ''Optimal Power'' it will turn ON when I'm playing high performance Games ? If yes , I don't get why they made this option so , who want to make his GPU be working all the time when it's not needed to be running at the maximum Clock/Mem

Essentially yes, even with optimal power mode turned on the GPU will still go up to it's turbo clocks when put under load. Performance in games should not be affected when using optimal power mode for the vast majority of circumstances.

I'm not sure what the point of high performance mode is. It's useful if for some reason you wanted to force base clocks at all times, cant think of a good reason to do that off the top of my head but I am sure there is one.
