'System' high cpu usage - constant 30% cpu usage

Hello - would love to have some help.

My system:
CPU i5-6600k - OC'ed to 4.4 GHz (running stable)
GPU: 1070 Nvidia MSI
Ram: 16GB DDR 2400hz
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Hero

My cpu is constantly running 100% cpu usage while i play games, and recently i have noticed the "system" is using a ton of cpu with no reason.

I have been trying to pinpoint what it is using the cpu on with process explorer, but without much luck as you can see in my screenshot on gyazo...

Any help?

That is the ntsokrnl.exe service. This is quite a common issue, never encountered it myself however. It can be caused by many things. Short of reinstalling the operating sytem here are some things to try below.

So what ur saying is if things in the link doesn't help clean install windows for the solution? I have recently encountered this situation was lucky enough to came up to this post
