What do you mean you flashed the card, with a new official firmware or some modded one? Either way, you need to contact the card vendor and see if there is a way to recover from it, likely not.

You don't mention the card make/model, you don't mention where you got the bios, you don't mention how you flashed it. How are people supposed to help you?

By the way, flashing a videocard bios is not a typical thing everyone does. Flashing a motherboard bios, in contrast, while not always necessary, is something relatively common. So if you plan to do things like that then you need to do your research first. One way to know if you've done your research is if something goes wrong, do you already have a plan to deal with it? If not, you need to do more research BEFORE you flash anything.

now i restored the backup of my graphics card but still having some problems when i install the driver system ask restart when i restart the system after windows loding screen goes black how to solve this..... thank you for replaying
