Okay, so mouse and keyboard working perfectly fine, even if tabbed out from game.
However in game (both CS:GO and Rocket league) i can move the mouse and see the pointer, i cannot use any of the buttons/keys on both mouse and keyboard. However in PUBG it all works perfectly. Only been happening recently, not sure when exactly, may have been after a windows 10 home-> education update, but not definite. Both sets of drivers are fully updated. Often a restart fixes this issue.
