Packet Loss on good connection

Just moved into a new house about a week or so ago, with really good internet, around 100Mb/s, low ping and good upload.

I'm having this awful problem when gaming, where the packet loss makes gaming impossible.

I'm on wireless, but the connection is consistent and good, so this isn't making sense to me.

Wired isn't really an option right now, so what might be causing this?

Packet loss isn't directly correlated to how good your connection is or how fast your connection speeds are. It's pretty much only something that your ISP can fix. Going wired can help quite a bit, but if you can't do that then you're going to have to talk to your ISP.

Some issues with packet loss can be fixed by resetting your router. Most of the time packet loss is attributed to network congestion, which again is something only your ISP can fix.
