I feel like my PC is not getting the performance that it should be.

I just recently fully upgrading my pc. New graphics card, new processor, new PSU, new MOBA and new RAM. Heres my new build:
GTX 1080
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
1x8GB stick of Cruicial DDR4 RAM
SeaSonic 620w PSU
I've been playing mostly BF1 and Diablo 3. In BF1 im fine at 1920x1080 high settings, but when i go Ultra settings i lose about 10 frames when anything sort of big just happened like an explosion (which happens a lot)
I already did a fresh reinstall of Windows 10 and that did help a lot with my GPU usage but im still not getting above 80% almost ever. Should i be having better performance or am i just not noticing something. Anything helps,
Thank you.

GTX 1080 at 1080p with a Ryzen 5 1600 might have a CPU bottleneck. Since your GPU usage isn't maxed out, I'm guessing that's the problem here. One thing you can do to increase your FPS a little is to overclock the CPU. That's about all you can do, and you still won't get a fully utilized GPU. Only way to fully utilize the GPU would be to get a 1440p monitor and play at that.

Dual channel memory will benefit as it will allow your cpu access twice the ram bandwidth.

Nowadays dual channel does matter more than not years ago
