Hello! My config is:
msi ms 7788 mobo
G620 2.60GHZ
NVIDIA GT520 4GB DDR3

Now...lemme explain everything!
I had 2 ram installed, 4gb and 2gb ddr3! both of 'em were working fine! But the 4 gb ddr3 ram was my friend's.He came by yesterday and took back his 4 gb ram! Before using the 4gb+2gb rams, I used to use 2x2gb ddr3 transcend 1333mhz rams! SO after my friend took his 4 gigs ram , I plugged in my old 2 gb ram with my existing 2 gb! But the computer won't boot. you may say that the unused 2gb ram may be broken or it is damaged. if so then why doesn't my pc boot up ? 'cause AFAIK if a ram is faulty the ram won't be detected but I have 2x2gb rams..so if one was broken, then the mobo should load the second ram but it doesn't ! To test my mobo, I brought a new 2gb DYNET ddr3 ram but the problem is pc won't boot after connecting two ram sticks together! Each ram works fine individually but not together!
FOr this my pc just works on a 2gb ram and it's making my pc go slow as hell

Please gimme a solution!

well......I figured out that the ram that was unused for a year was broken ! But the new 2 gb ram that my friend gave me is totally fine! As I mentioned above that the new rams work fine if only one is connected/plugged in. But both conncected at the same time causes boot failure!
Well....dunno if this would help but the two rams are from different manufacturers ...one is of Transcend's and the other is of DyLynk's!
Is this the reason for boot failure ?
