I have a pc with Intel i5 4670k with stock cooler, asrock fatality h97 motherboard and 8gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram.

I want to upgrade my graphics card from a gtx 760 to gtx 1060 or 1070.
I game at 1080p 60 hz and would like having 60+ fps ultra settings on most titles. I have no plans of upgrading to better monitor in the near future. I am from Australia so price of gtx 1060 3gb is roughly $300, 1060 6gb is $400 and 1070 is $600.

Will my specs be suitable for a new graphics card without bottleneck?
Also which graphics card should I get?
Which has best value?

If money isn't an issue get the gtx 1070 ,you will get 80+ fps in most of the games .Incase if u wanna upgrade ur monitor to 1440p ,gtx 1070 comes in handy .But if u don't wanna upgrade ur Monitor for few yrs and stick with 1080p ,then buy the gtx 1060 6gb .It is a good combo with the i5 .Every games runs around 60fps except Forza horizon 3 and Wild Lands .Tweak AA the you can get around 60fps . There won't be any visual difference b/w high and ultra .So if u don't get 60+ fps in upcoming games ,just tweak some settings .For 1080p ,the extra 40% more money in gtx 1070 doesn't worth it if you can compromise some settings
