Hi,

Computer contains:
-Corsair VS650, 650W PSU
-Akasa CPU Cooler AK 959CU
-Intel LGA1151 Core i7 6700K with Corsair Hydro H75 Liquid CPU cooler
-MSI LGA1151 Z170A PC MATE
-Kingston ValueRam DDR4 2133MHz 16gb (8gb each)
-MSI Geforce GTX1070 8GB
-Samsung PM951 SSD 256GB
-Seagate Barracuda 2TB SATA3.0
- Windows 10 Home Nordic edition

Description of the problem at hand:

4 out of 5 times I start the computer up, everything works perfectly. There is no bugs, no crashes and the performance while stressing the computer is spot on. All temperatures are within range to be considered normal.

But, 1 out of 5 times I start the computer, it freezes before I get to the log in screen.
It powers up and all the fans turn on, the monitor turns on for the first 10 seconds but then loses the connection somehow and goes black. The keyboard lights up and works for about 10 seconds but freezes up, same goes for the mouse.

This problem has been haunting me for about 3 weeks now, and at first it was the VGA EZ debug ligth that lighted up whenever the computer froze up, but just last nigth a third party person swore she saw the DDR EZ debug ligth glow.

And this whole thing gets even worse, about half of the times it freezes up, all I have to do is wait for about 30 seconds before it sorts itself out.

The fact that the system works flawlessly 100 % of the time during use and only runs into trouble 1/5 times during startup leads me to think that the issue is a tiny one, and easily fixable by a person who knows a thing or two more than myself.
If any of you fine people out there got any suggestion, please share! If not I'll have to ship it back to Oslo for repairs that could easily take 8 weeks.

Things I've tried so far:
Reseting BIOS to default, updating all the drivers, checked Motherboard for any damage.
Nothing.

Things I will try today when I get home from work:
Reseting CMOS, removing the geforce gtx1070 from it's slot and putting it back in again. Moving the RAM pieces around the four different slots (currently in slot 2 and 4, as recommended by manufacturer of the motherboard)
