PC shuts down while playing heavy games

When I'm playing GTA 5 for instance my pc suddenly shuts down. When I try to restart my pc I first have to plug out the power supply cable and plug it in again.
My pc makes a loud noise but I don't get high temperatures.

This are my specifications:
corsair vs650
sapphire nitro+ rx 470
gigabyte ga-a55m-ds2
8gb RAM
AMD A8-3870 APU with Radeon HD graphics, 4 cores

so it's the display only that is shutting down?
try to use the integrated graphic and see if u had any issue.. if the problem persist, that means the GPU is not the source of the problem

Where is the sound coming from? That seems like a PSU failure is on the way, can you try with another model to see if the problem persists? The VS series aren't as nearly as ideal for games as you'd wish for, workstation builds at most.
