Failed OC and PC refuse to boot

I just finished building my PC with a Ryzen 5 1400 with 8GB DDR4 at 2133Mhz. I tried to push it to 4Ghz but it refuses to boot up, I can't even access the BIOS... Everything else works, the LED the fans and the GPU is working... Please, I need help!!

    Reset the BIOS a.k.a. clear the CMOS
    Read your motherboard manual how to do it.
    there should a jumper or button on the mobo, you should connect or press to reset the BIOS.

  3. hmmm...beside the jumper/button to reset the BIOS or clear the CMOS...
    Disconnecting your PC from the electricity and pulling the button battery (CR2032) out of your mobo for a minute or two will clear the CMOS too.
