I have a ASRock EP2C602-4L/D16. Can any of These Intel Core I7 Processors Work on this motherboard?

(Core i7-3970X Extreme Edition
Core i7-3960X Extreme Edition
Core i7-3930K
Core i7-4960X Extreme Edition
Core i7-4930K)

I herd you couldn't use any I7 on a dual motherboard. But on a list I seen it showed that I could use the ones listed above.

Thank you for the fast response. So I can use the i7's, that's great. That means that (2)-i7-3970x would be faster than the (2)- Xeon e5-2670. Purpose is for 3D animation and rendering.
