@OP
if u can find one for a good price, i'll agree with him, if not, the 3 GB is already pretty good, don't buy the 6 GB if it exceed 300-310$
with 6 GB version u get: 10% extra resource which means more performance and stability, extra VRAM which means it can handle higher settings (if u're VRAM usage exceed the available VRAM, u will experience spikes like what...

I would just like to add, if you have just a little money to spare, you really should consider the 6gb version of the 1060. If you want to play on high settings in games, Vram is one of the essential things to think about. the 3 gig cards have actually been known have FPS spikes, when the settings are set on high/highest settings in some games. Just a little note there.

build is already solid and balanced
for the PSU, make sure the CX series is the one with gray label as it's the newest design and improvably better + safer than the previous one
for SSD, perhaps this:

or
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/rtzv6h/kingston-internal-hard-drive-sv300s37a120g
if u can't find the previous one at a good price
the 2nd one is better than a HDD but many review said that there are better SSD out there, however, seeing the price, i wouldn't complain really

make sure u put the OS in your SSD in order to boost up your boot time
put steam in there too, but separate the games to the normal HDD instead, as 120/240 GB won't be enough for big games especially the new ones (like GTA V taking 60-70GB, and Mordor can easily take 58-60GB)

@askinatr
i saw your profile spec list, are u sure this is right?
Equipment: CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K @3.5Ghz
Mobo: MSI b350 Gaming Pro
i'll be damn if it is, since u're pairing an AM4 mobo with an i5 :pt1cable:
