Unfortunately, you probably just made a GTX 1070 Armor "paperweight".

Who knows what kind of damage was caused. Even if you were able to multimeter out the that failed surface mount components and have really good soldering skills, the water could've caused damage to the pathways or started separating the PCB in places.
You also run the risk of the video card causing a short and frying your motherboard - not worth it.

'Borrow' a cheap video card from your local store (buy it and return it after testing). If your motherboard boots and all looks good, count yourself lucky and order a new graphics card.

Can't possibly diagnose anything from photos unless there was obvious arcing or something like that; we can infer from the event and the symptoms. Is the PC running normally when connected to the integrated graphics?

And again, if it has in fact been fried, there is nothing that will save it and you have three pounds of scrap metal.

Ah, this is really really sad. I was saving money to upgrade my rig to ryzen7. I just give document of separation from work to my boss.

Its not working with integrated nor my first love gtx 470. I mean pc running but no screen at all ( not with d sub, hdmi, d sub converter same for gtx 470 ) I am not sure if there is left anything to sell atleast. I just made a quick part list and i believe everyone in here have knowledge. So we can call my first problem solved. What about these parts for my thermaltake versa c22 snow case and how can i cool it for new rig or should i buy another case.
