You may have to try using a ps2 type mouse/keyboard until you can load windows to install the drivers for your usb mouse/keyboard also if that doesn't work use the Tab button for now to highlight which selection you would like to pick and then if your keyboard does work hit enter once the selection is highlighted.

Then give using the Tab button on keyboard a go. Your keyboard should always work even if the mouse does not. The bios and whatnot always sets keyboard priority over mouse priority

Have you checked your USB connections inside of your PC? I know you said it worked in bios, but stranger things have happened. Also, when you get to the Win7 install, hit caps lock, does the light on the keyboard work?
