I want a mobo which support 1050 ti and good overclocker for intel core 2 quad q9550 eg 3.7 ghz or 3.8 ghz
And should run at win 10 and ddr 3 ram 1333 mhz or even better one
Please help search for a cheap one and state wil it still bottle neck my gpu

Solution

As you can see, you stated that you're pairing Q9550 with GTX 1050 Ti.

For GTX 1060 6GB GPU, best (and also cheapest) CPU to use without a risk of bottleneck would be i5-7400.

This is the cheapest CPU-MoBo-RAM combo i can do:

CPU: Intel - Core i5-7400 3.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($173.65 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI - B250M PRO-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Crucial - 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($64.89 @ OutletPC)
Total: $298.53

For MoBo, MSI P43-C51 should do the trick. It has LGA775 CPU socket, so you can put your Q9550 into it. It also supports DDR3 RAM with speeds up to 1600 Mhz and it has PCI-E x16 2.0 slot where to put your GPU,

As far as CPU OC goes, don't get your hopes up by getting extra 1 Ghz out of this old chip.
And i don't think you can get Win 10 running on such an old hardware. Win 7 does work with it though.
Since Q9550 is such an old chip, it will bottleneck GTX 1050 Ti. Here's a comparison between Q9550 and G4560 where G4560 doesn't bottleneck GTX 1050 Ti,

Your CPU came out in 2008. At current date, it's 9 years old. If you were to use same era GPU (e.g Radeon HD 5450 or GeForce 9400 GT) then there won't be bottlenecks since both (CPU and GPU) would have the same low performance.

Even with CPU OC, i think Q9550 would bottleneck GTX 1050 Ti. Though that also depends on the game and game settings used. But for definitive answer, OC your CPU some and game a bit with GTX 1050 Ti. If your CPU runs at 100% then there's a bottleneck.

If you want any cheaper than that then look towards used components.

Though, with little additional cost, you can go with i5-7500, MoBo which has 4 RAM slots and with faster RAM in dual-channel:
