Do i miss something with this FX-6300 overclock?

Im worried about the TMPIN1. I think it's the northbridge temp, not sure though. I have also set 1.382Vcore at bios but my mb doesnt have any LLC option. Anyway after many tries this is the stable overclocking i achieved. Is it safe and good to operate with this?
NB and HT clock is set at 2200 mhz and ram at 1866 (stock 1600).

Well I just brushed up on my AMD AM3+ terminology and what I am talking about is the VRM not the northbridge. The Northbridge is just the 990FX chipset, I doubt that is what that 100c reading is for. I think it's the temp for the VRM which regulates and feeds power to the CPU. The VRM temps will likely rise based on VCORE voltage.

Try pointing a fan at the area I circled (pc fan, window fan, whatever you have) with the case panel off and see if temps go down a bit. The are I circled is the VRM, the heatsink below that is the northbridge, and below that is the southbridge. If temps do go down you may want to rig up pc fan so that blows air down onto the VRM.

Well your CPU temps are higher than recommended, AMD says package temp should not exceed 62c for prolonged operation. It's probably northbridge VRM temperature, that's the only component on that mobo that can get that hot and not destroy itself. Most VRM's are rated to 105c-125c. However if it goes up to exactly 100c and never gets any hotter it may be throttling, however it does not seem to be throttling the CPU, maybe northbridge frequency or something. That or it's an inaccurate reading.

As for if it's safe, it should be. The CPU is running quite warm however, if it only gets that hot during stress tests and not gaming or whatever you use this cpu for primarily then it should be fine. Like I said amd recommends package temp stay below 62c.

i run again occt and at 101C tmpin it throttles the cpu. What causes northbridge high temps? cpu vcore? i should also mention that i have left northbridge voltage at auto.
