Built new PC and it says internet doesn't work. I check troubleshooting and it says I don't have any drivers. I try to install driver from Intel but it doesn't work. Please help

Solution
OK, there should be a realtek ethernet adaptor listed there. I'm wondering your mobo's network adaptor is defective or something. Last thing I can think of is going into the BIOS and looking around for LAN settings and making sure it's enabled there.

Assuming you're using your motherboard's built in network adaptor, install the drivers from either the motherboard driver disc (as said above), or go to the manufacturer's page for your mobo and download them from there (assuming you have another PC/device you can use to download).

If you have a prebuilt PC, go to the manufacturer's page for your computer and see if you can find a LAN driver download.

I bought an optical drive and installed the drivers for the motherboard and the graphics card, but it still doesn't work. I use cable and not wireless wifi, why don't it just connect? I'm really annoyed

You need some sort of network adaptor to connect to the internet
You can have an ethernet (wired) network adaptor or a wireless network adaptor (wifi). You obviously have an ethernet one.
If you plugged the cable into the ethernet connector on your motherboard, you're using the motherboard's integrated network adaptor. So get the driver's from the install disk or manufacturer's website as I said above.

sure

specs:
MSI geforce gtx 1070 gaming z
intel i5 7600 k
cryorig h5 ultimate CPU Cooler
MSI z270 a-pro
corsair vengeance LED 2x8GB ddr4 Memory
samsung 850 evo 500gb SSD
corsair tx 550M 550 watt power supply
cooler master mastercase 6 PRO

I use a cable and not a network adapter for wifi so I'm not sure why the internet isn't working

ok thanks, but I installed all the drivers from the disk that came with the motherboard, but an ethernet adapter driver wasn't one of them. what driver should I install? in another comment I posted my systems specs and motherboard, can you tell me what driver to install? and how do I install it when I haven't got any internet connection?

I installed the driver to a usb, then plugged the usb into my pc. I then proceeded to install the driver but an error happens and it says "The Realtek Controller was not found. if Deep Sleep Mode is enabled Please Plug the Cable."

what now?
