Computer still can't handle games without stuttering. I play warhammer total war and PubG. I bought this computer 3 years ago and recently upgraded to 32gb of ram, bought a new gpu aorus 1080 windforce xtreme. I have an 850w psu. The HDD is a Toshiba dt01aca200 ata I believe. I thought this may have been the problem so I bought an ssd and put the games on that but they still stutter quite a bit. I'm not sure where to turn from here. Any advice?
