Will I be able to plug this led strip right into the asus Z270E motherboard RGB header?

The Akasa LED strip you linked is non-addressable non-RGB LED strip and it connects directly to the PSU. Btw, it shines only in red color. This is the cheapest version when it comes to LED lightning.

Its ok I got the cooler master universal red led magnetic strips powered by sata.
