Hello, I am having issues with my ping spiking from 25ms-125ms. As soon as my gf turns on the Xbox and launches Netflix app I begin receiving packet loss in my game (counter strike) as well as quick spikes as said above. The Xbox is connected via wifi and I am hardwired in to the router (Ubee DDW36C) the issue only occurs when the Xbox is online.... we pay for 60mbps I'm not sure what's causing the issue.
