Can this run most Games?

The raidmax PSU is horrid. It is more likely to fry your PC then run it safely for a long time. AVOID at all costs. Look for something by Seasonic or any tier 1 or 2 PSU

As for the rest of your build I would also not be buying a dual core CPU for gaming in this day and age. You want at least 4C/8T in gaming now a days. Unless your budget strictly dictates otherwise.

CPU good? Can't say I agree there. The GPU certainly could use more ummph...wattage is overkill but PSU the OP listed should not be used regardless.
