Can this run most Games?

I wanna know if what I put together on PCPartPicker will run games like Rust at 60FPS or higher.

The raidmax PSU is horrid. It is more likely to fry your PC then run it safely for a long time. AVOID at all costs. Look for something by Seasonic or any tier 1 or 2 PSU

As for the rest of your build I would also not be buying a dual core CPU for gaming in this day and age. You want at least 4C/8T in gaming now a days. Unless your budget strictly dictates otherwise.

Cpu: good
gpu: lacks power, suggested upgrade is a gtx 980 ti or gtx 1060
and for the love of god you don't need that much wattage; lower the wattage and save some money for a gpu

but if you're talking about playing RUST at 60fps at a resolution of 1080p, you should up your GPU since the game isn't optimized.

I had to compromise on the PSU...anything higher in quality made me scratch my head(whether OP actually needs a GTX1050) but then again, OP hasn't stipulated a budget but I think there's a lot more things to iron out and maybe tone things down provided OP comes back with details outlined here.

sure it lacks cores but it should so it might suffer when web browsing

i suggest you get more ram, 16GB is the recommended for rust with 8GB being the min
and even though you might get away with using that gpu it could probably use a upgrade for stable frames on good graphics settings
