Is my motherboard dead?

the fans and lights on the mobo spin, same with case and psu, but it says no dram detected and is not giving a beep. i have already went through all the other threads and tried everything so please help me!!!!

I have also heard of bad power supplies causing a problem like this, where the proper voltage isn't delivered to the RAM because of a defect. I like Apevia's cases, but their power supplies have never been especially good quality, so this could be a suspect for the problem. It's unfortunate, because the Apevia Iceberg may be one of the coolest looking power supplies around.

If you have any other RAM or power supplies (like from another PC) you can use to test, that may help to narrow the problem down.
