MZN78-LA motherboard in an old HP. GPU fan is crazy loud on the BFG GTS 250, so someone told me to buy an Arctic F8 PWM 80MM and just put that on top of the loud fan and disconnect its power from the graphics card, since I can't afford to replace the GPU right now or the computer itself.
So I ordered it, but the four pins on the fan are WAY bigger than the 4 pins for the current fan on the GPU, and I can't seem to find a 4 pin port on the motherboard. My power supply has a 4 pin thing but it's the same as the new fan hookup, the female not the male with the pins sticking out.
Any way to hook this up off the power supply with an adapter of some kind, or am I just screwed?

I think that might be what I need. The white connector looks like exactly what goes in to my graphics card now. and if the black end has the four pins sticking out of it (I can't really tell from the picture unfortunately) that would be what I need to go into the female plug on my new fan. Is that what this black end is, can you tell?
