CPU Fans going crazy with GPU Installed (concerning)

Computer Specs:
AMD a-10 7800 (radeon r7 apu)
GTX 750ti
8gb ddr3

Okay so I recently installed a used video card from my brother (750ti) because he was getting rid of the rest of his computer. And I noticed that even playing relatively light games (CS:GO, Unturned, League of Legends) that the cpu fans were going crazy, topping out at 90 degrees Celsius and the fans are REALLY uncomfortably loud.

This is strange because before I had the GPU installed the fans have never been this loud when playing the same games (granted I had run them at lower graphical settings).

At first I thought it was an issue with thermal paste or the cooling system, but then it would have been bad BEFORE I installed the GPU as well, which doesn't really make sense. It also was not that loud (the cpu fans) when it was installed in my brothers computer (i5 4400, i think).

So I thought is my cpu doing more work than it should be, since I'm running games at higher graphical settings now, which COULD explain why its fans are going so loud.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much.

(I'm not very experienced at BIOS, etc.)

EDIT: I used speccy to check cpu temps, so maybe that's just displaying wrong? And I was using two monitor set up. Also gpu temps sit around 50 - 55 during gaming and 35 - 40 on idle.

HW info still says the same, around 60 - 65 on idle and 80 - 85 playing games. I will try resetting the heat sink, is there anything I should know before attempting to do so? thanks
