Firstly PLEASE DELETE your routers WAN IP address from the post above. Secondly a TTL value is of no interest here, not sure why anyone would suggest this. Never copy and paste commands unless you know what they do!

Not sure where the ip is,sorry i dont have any idea about networking stuff.Anyway i have a feeling that its the laptops problem because every other device has normal speeds.I ve run the ttl value command ,high ping and connection times out a lot.Any ideas?

Yes, that shows the problem. Ok, now check with another pc or laptop if you have any, or check with other devices and see if you are getting the same issue like timeouts or connection issues. If its not present on other devices, then next step will be to try troubleshooting your system. And also a router reset may be helpful but as you are not that tech savy, lets keep it till the end coz you would have to enter all the ip address, dns gateways, etc. . First check whether other devices are facing the issue too, if so then its an issue with the network provider and you should contact their customer care.

No problems on other devices and i have reseted my router to factory settings many times and still the same issue.I should add that the problem occurs when im not using ethernet .I was firstly using wifi (decent speeds)but decided to change to ethernet for a more stable connection.Anyway i have also checked my drivers and they are all up to date.

Try updating the Wireless drivers on your laptop and if you have a internet security suite installed, maybe uninstall and check if the AV suite is causing issues,

I checked my wireless drivers and they are all up to date ,i uninstalled the antivirus to see if its was the cause. To be honest i found a differnce: now i can browse the wep a lot faster and my ping doesnt reach over 200 ms , but still it gets that ocassionally.I use intel pro wireless tools and here is what i got from the diagnostics http://prntscr.com/gl8d8k.I cant say im completely satisfied with what happend but im currently fine but still looking for a way to imrove my ping

Ok, try changing the channel on your router to 1 or 6. First check with 1 and then check with 6, see whichever helps.
Download Advanced systemcare (http://www.iobit.com/en/advancedsystemcarefree.php) and intsall it. Run a scan, there is this internet optimization option in scan, run it and fix; it will help you a lot, sometimes it evens correct wrong settings you may have mistakenly created in windows.I personally use the program and really like it.
And oh, check windows firewall settings and network settings. Right click on the wifi icon in the taskbar, select open network and sharing center,; Then click on the connection you are using; Then select 'properties' not 'wireless properties' and then restore defaults to ipv4 and ipv6 settings.

Can you post your xDSL statistic? I saw your Souns to noise margin is 6dB in downstream which is pretty low..
Since your router is ZyXel (or ZTE) you should be able to post your max bandwidth, actual bandwidth, etc. but what I need is the actual statistics of the DSL Stability, CRC, FEC, HEC, ES, LOS, etc..

Yea that's kinda it but as far as I can see your Sound-to-noise margin is too low (10db is acceptable), you should contact your ISP and let them fix the issues on your ADSL line
