Need help verifying if this CPU is fake or legit

So i am going to buy an i7 4790k off offerup but I got trust issues and i cant seem to stop over thinking so will someone tell me this is genuine it is unsealed from the pictures brand new and the FPO# is genuine

From what I can tell nothing looks off I do see some gold contacts on the side now witch is good most fakes won't spend the money to use gold contacts I'm assuming he won't take it out of the box because it's new sealed looks fine tho 4790k is an excellent chip

250$ is a low price but not overly low I got one not 3 months ago for 272$ so its in the price range, whom is selling it on what platform would be more to your own protection EBay is very good about buyer protection, craigslist.. (lol) none available..
so be wise and read seller reviews and base decision on last year reviews.

make sure you meet like in a coffee shop (public place) not in a parking lot, I have heard people get mugged that way
