Ethernet Problems Help

Hey I just got my pc and i installed windows 10 on it but the Ethernet doesnt seem to work and i troubleahooted it and it said the ethernet doesnt have a valid IP configuration. Not sure how to fix it. I tried to update drivers but there was none. I got the pc built by professionals so dont know what is wrong. Thanks.

If not working....

Run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command prompt.

The results will provide additional information about your pc's current network configuration.

Include the make and model of your router or modem/router being used.

Possible the professional shop that built it setup a static IP for testing and then did not change it back.

What are you using for internet? Is it a modem providing internet to ONLY your PC (so only one output ethernet port on modem), or a modem/router combo device (usually 4 output ethernet ports)?
