I'm planning to buy r3 1200+1060 6gb(OC to 3.8-4, RAM OC too and also planning to upgrade in future to zen2/zen+) and i need psu under ~50$. In my country we dont have EVGA, XFX while Corsair, Seasonic, ENERMAX solding with x2 price. And in this price range we have smth like Aerocool Kcas 600w, DeepCool GPE-600s, DeepCool DA600 (Good version of Hippo we didnt have).

Solution
Well you basically have to decide what is more important to you.

Aerocool and similar are very low quality units with a very high probability of pre-mature failure, and with that failure comes a very large probability of that 1060 and possibly your motherboard being fried.

A quality PSU is 1) and investment, and 2) must be considered part of the cost of a decent gaming computer just like the GPU and CPU.

So if budget today is more important than damaging parts then get whatever is in your budget. Otherwise wait till you can put together some more money and get a good PSU that is not going to be a huge risk to your other components.

Only in Belarus because it's pointless to buy from europe because of tax+delivery costs. And i know that Aerocool Higgs 650w/Chieftec GPS-650s good psu's, they're in range of 75-80$.
