Front panel layout for IBM ThinkStation S20 motherboard (71Y8820)

I'm having trouble locating any info for the front panel layout on an IBM/Lenovo ThinkStation S20 motherboard (71Y8820)

I've searched google pretty extensively and tried shorting all the standard pins for the power switch but only switch I was able to find is for reset. All other combos don't do anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to anyone reading this in advance and sorry if my thread seems "Noobish"

J37 is the header that contains the power switch, which is shown in your pic as "front panel". Here's the breakout of that header:

Pin 1 = Power Switch+
Pin 2 = Power Switch-
Pin 3 = HDD LED-
Pin 4 = Power LED-
Pin 5 = HDD LED+
Pin 6 = Power LED+
Pin 7 = no connect
Pin 8 = key

So to power the board, you'd need to short pins 1 and 2 above. These should be the two pins opposite the key, as shown in picture:
