Aim: As the title says, for studying and moderate gaming. Most important software are Solidwork sand Inventor. Mostly will be playing LoL, probably some PUBG, also want it to run AAA titles on medium with 60 fps at least. moniros and peripherals not included.

You would want to get yourself a hard drive in the future though as 250gb will not get you far.
 


You can get the HDD down the line or make subtle adjustments for now...

cant go with the REBATES cuz i'm outside of US, RUSSIA if its important.
 


Those rebates are for US only. If you are not sourcing from US then they do not apply. That part list was to give you an idea about what to look for. Depending on your local prices, you can scale down the cpu to a 1400 or 1500x and the gpu to a 1060 3gb.

Also, is the STOCK cooler good enough?
 


Yes its pretty good and lets you overclock to a modest 3.7ghz or thereabout as well.
