So I currently have a GTX 970 in my old PC which needs an upgrade. I have a 550w PSU as well.

So my plan is to use my GTX 970 and PSU in a new build. I have an idea for the build.

So my plan is for an i5 7600k CPU - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-Core-i5-7600K-QuadCore-Cache/dp/B01MRRPPQS?SubscriptionId=AKIAI3VLI6HITR26KCBQ&tag=userbenchmark-21&linkCode=sp1&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B01MRRPPQS

A socket compatible mother board - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-GA-H110M-S2H-Ultra-Durable-Motherboards/dp/B01649KMZS/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1505329747&sr=1-1&keywords=Gigabyte+H110M-S2H+DDR4+micro-ATX+Motherboard

A hyper cooler master 212 evo - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Cooler-Master-Heatpipes-Connector-RR-212E-16PK-R1/dp/B0068OI7T8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1505330033&sr=8-1&keywords=cooler+master+hyper+212+evo

And a nice big blue case - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Game-Max-GMX-CENTAURI-BLK-Centauri-Gaming/dp/B06XFML1KB/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1505330480&sr=1-1&keywords=big+pc+caseC

So my enquiries are -

Will it all fit in the case
Is it all compatible (i know ill need to buy some ram)
Will it be quiet
Will it run high end games
Im not to bothered about OCing unless its neccersary for this build
I have read some posts online suggesting i need a skylake processor to be able to update the motherboards BIOS ( I have no clue what that is please explain simply )

I am on fairly tight budget

THANKS IN ADVANCE

Solution
do you have a 6th gen cpu, if not don't get a 100 series motherboard for your 7th gen cpu, as it will required a bios update before it will run.
Get a 200 series motherboard.
