Hello there!
As the title already describes, I own a MSI 760GMA-P34 motherboard and I've noticed that the TMPIN1 temperature is constantly high, especially when I play some MMO games. To be specific, it's permanently above 95C. I've used a program to check the temperatures and this one is the only one that is high. I'm attaching the temperatures: http://prntscr.com/gkufko
My computer is dust-free, as I cleaned it yesterday.
Do you know what's causing the high temperature and if this is the reason why I get FPS drop? Any information would be quite helpful! Thank you a lot in advance.

Uh...over 4000 rpm? That would sound like a jet engine and only industrial fans may support it and even so...4000? I'm not sure if those numbers are right.
Try another monitor, like HWInfo and see if you're getting same mobo temps. Also, run your computer while side panel is off. Carefully position your hand over the motherboard (do not touch anything though) and see if there are any obvious warm spots above it. 95 should be pretty obvious.
