Everything works, no picture shows up on the screen.

I am a first time builder, I have made sure everything is in working order, for the most part, and I can't seem to figure out why the picture is not showing up on my monitors and tv.

This is a fresh build, just completed today with these components:

GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: Intel i5-7500
Mobo: MSI B250
PSU: EVGA 650W Gold (modular)
HDD: WD 1Tb

I am literally lost, I have no clue what to do. Can anyone help?

Ok, connect your monitor to the motherboard instead of the gpu and try starting up. On a first time build, it should take you to bios.
Once you manage that, put in your windows cd or usb and restart, booting off of it.
