I have just finished building my new system (took me 3 days). And it was working fine for the first couple of days. Until I started running into issues. Some issues I fixed myself, but I still have a couple more that I need to fix.
Here are my specs.
GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1080
CPU: Core i7 6800K
PSU: Corsair AX860 80 Plus Platinum Fully Modular Power Supply.
RAM: Viper Elite BLK/GR 1.35V DDR4 16GB 3,000MHz Dual P
SSD: Samsung 850Evo SSD 500GB
SSD: Samsung 850Evo SSD 500GB
CPU Liquid Cooling: Corsair H115I Liquid Cooler
Motherboard: Asus X99-A II Intel X99 Chipset LGA 2011 Broadwell-E Compatible.

Problem 1: Whenever I restart My PC, It gets stuck on the: ASUS starting screen with the " Press DEL and F12 do go into BIOS " But I can't even do that!!! All of my USB peripherals are frozen and they do not work, there Lighting Animation doesn't even move.
Problem 2: When ever I record a video or watch a video in full screen... All of my USB Peripherals Freeze and my computer kinda still works, but if I am watching a video it starts trying to load the video back.
AND FOR BOTH OF THESE ISSUES, I HAVE TO HOLD THE POWER BUTTON FOR 4 SECONDS TO TURN IT OFF AND THEN I TURN IT ON AGAIN.

So hopefully you can help me, since I want a working computer :)

Solution
Ensure your computer is connected to the internet. Turn your computer off (or restart it). When the PC first begins to turn on and prompts you to press F12 or Delete to enter the setup menu go ahead and do so. You can also just mash the delete key over and over again while the PC is booting and it should land you in the BIOS.

Locate a tab that reads EZ Flash and click on it. Follow the prompts to flash (update) your BIOS/UEFI via the Internet.
