I'm looking to build a pc with the budget of 900$. I understand that maybe not enough for what im asking for. I can always put more money into it but as of right now thats where i stand with my funds. The things I want to do is to stream and play games on the same pc. The games i would like to stream mostly is League of legend, WoW, PUBG and indie games. The build i would like to base it off is the ryzen 7 processor. The problem I'm having is which ryzen 7 and the other parts needed to do so. I hope I dont sound to stupid i just really dont know what im doing when it comes to building and buying a pc.

Solution
Sure as long as you dont need a monitor, mouse, or keyboard. If you already have those then it you can get a nice highend PC to handle 1080p.

Solution
A little over-budget, but it'll give you nice performance. SSD is for OS and basic applications. Hard drive for everything else. That graphics card can handle all those games you've mentioned easily at 1080p.

Maybe wait for intel coffee lake. Since this is a gaming rig intel is the better choice and with the launching a 6 core i5 on october 5th we are looking at great gaming performance. Any ryzen 7 will still win over intel's i5/i7 6cores in productivity tasks tho but since this is gaming focused intel is the way to go.
